Legal Resources at UW-Whitewater
UW-Whitewater has a comprehensive collection of legal resources in the Anderson Library. These resources include all state and federal Supreme Court decisions, most appellate court decisions, Wisconsin and Federal statutes, American Law Reports, national and regional Shepard's Citations and digests, legal encyclopedias, and a selected collection of legal periodicals. In addition to the many hard copy resources, the Anderson Library is rapidly adding a wide range of legal resources on CD ROM's and provides Internet access for various public domain legal materials.
Students can learn how to use these legal materials in the Political Science course: 820-360 Resources for Legal Research which is taught every semester.
