Helping Clients Plan for the Future

Workers at homeless shelters were asked to take an online survey in the summer and early fall of 2000. The survey asked respondents what were their needs for information or training for direct service staff. The topic "Helping Clients/Customers Plan for the Future" was by far the top priority.
