Web Sites devoted to Blake

The Blake Archive by Morris Eaves, Robert Essick, and Joseph Viscomi and supported by IATH at the U of Virginia. Currently under the construction, the archive will have some 3000 images (2/3 of the Illuminated Books and 1/3 of paintings, drawings and engravings. There will eventually be multiple copies of all 19 Illuminated Books. Currently available:

• The Book of Thel (Copy F, Copy H, and Copy 0), text and color plates.
• Visions of the Daughters of Albion (Copy a, Copy C, Copy J, and Supplementary Illustrations).

William Blake, a Chronology by Charles Beauvais (Connecticut College). A year by year chronology of Blake's life with links to sites containing Blake material.

The Blake Digital Text Project by Nelson Hilton, U of Georgia. This project contains:

• The Complete Poetry and Prose of William Blake, ed. David Erdman, HTML version edited by Nelson Hilton, U of Georgia. The standard edition of Blake's works in HTML.
• Online Concordance to the Electronic Erdman. An electronic concordance to the The Complete Poetry and Prose of William Blake that allows you to search for all appearances of a word in Blake's works and then retrieve the contexts in which it occurs.
• The Songs of Innocence and Experience by Nelson Hilton, U of Georgia. The Songs in multiple copies, allowing a comparison of the various sequences of the poems and plates. The images can be enlarged by clicking on them. Clicking on part of the enlarged versions gives your commentary when it is available.

The William Blake Page by Richard Record. This site contains:
