Part-Time Chemist Assistant: The City of Whitewater is seeking a part-time Chemist Assistant for the Wastewater Treatment Facility. Duties include assisting chemist in specialized chemical, bacteriological, and physical tests as well as analysis of industrial, raw, and partially treated and treated wastewater. Candidates must have a strong science background and one year of college chemistry is desirable. This position works an average of 15-20 hours a week which includes every other weekend as well as holidays. Typical work hours will be in the morning. Starting Wage is $11.62/hr as well as excellent benefits. AFSCME, AFL-CIO Local 1145 Union.
