Dr. Jerry Gosen

General Objective: To develop, deliver, and disseminate a training package for developing world small business entrepreneurs to help them adapt to the complexity and rapid changes in the global business environment. The training program uses concepts primarily from the field of Strategic Management.

The training program will cover:
    environmental analysis (value chain analysis and market scrutiny)
    core competency transfer
    business skill acquisition and development (financial and information technology skills)
    planning
    managerial skills (networking, negotiation and relationship building)
