As the culmination of the Multimedia Digital Arts Communication sequence, students taking this class will pitch, plan, design and build a large group interactive multimedia project as well as smaller projects. Students will implement the knowledge they have acquired individually in courses in the Multimedia sequence and learn how to work in a group. Students will utilize XHTML, CSS, image/sound/video editing abilities, Flash software, and usability testing. The final project should be a significant portfolio piece which helps launch students in their desired field.
By the end of this class, students will also have a compete working portfolio that demonstrates their skills and showcases their understanding of the interactive multimedia design process.
